Zane Florek recently joined Larson Building, Inc. as Project Manager. His daily responsibilities include all phases of construction management. Zane is familiar with all project management delivery options from design build, hard-bid, and negotiated projects that has given Zane the knowledge to complete successful construction projects on time and on budget. He has successfully managed many additions, renovations, tenant improvements, and new construction facilities in the Minnesota area.

Zane graduated from Minnesota State University – Moorhead, with a B.S. in Construction Management. Zane is a construction professional with 20 years of professional experience with a broad range of local Twin Cities construction markets: Religious, Financial, Education, Multi Housing, and Skilled Nursing, Clinical / Health Care.

Zane enjoys surrounding himself with a team of dedicated professionals at LB who have a passion for building structures of superior craftsmanship, attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to personal integrity. Zane’s easy-going personality fits in very well with the LB team and his acute attention to detail is a proven asset during all phases of the projects he manages.
