We have recently completed two expansion projects for TGK Automotive Specialists, one in Champlin and another in Eden Prairie. In Champlin, the project comprised two phases, where we transformed two adjacent tenant spaces into five additional service repair bays, a modern lobby, and a corporate training center. Similarly, in Eden Prairie, we facilitated TGK’s expansion by integrating the neighboring space and incorporating five new service bays into their facility.

Our collaboration with TGK Automotive has been invaluable, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their growth and success.
