Our Senior Living Remodeling Team collaborated with Catholic Eldercare to welcome the New Year with a fresh renovation at their River Village East Senior Living community in Minneapolis, MN. This project, one of two facility renovations completed for Catholic Eldercare just before Christmas and the New Year, aimed to enhance the overall living experience for their residents.
The updates at River Village East included a complete renovation of the front lobby area, featuring a new coffee bar with a sitting area. Additionally, we introduced a brand-new kitchen and dining area designed exclusively for the secure memory care residents.
Larson Building is grateful for another opportunity to collaborate with a senior living provider, working together to transform facilities while minimizing disruptions and prioritizing the safety of their residents at all times.
