Project Overview

The collaboration between Whirltronics and Larson Building started in 2015 when they embarked on a building expansion project of 20,000 SF Fabcon
industrial building, addressing manufacturing space constraints and introducing amenities such as a new breakroom, locker room, additional storage mezzanine, an expanded parking lot, and two loading docks.
