Project Overview

This project features 40,000 SF of new production space, 5,000 SF of office space, expanded parking, and a 40,000 SF concrete laydown area that improves material staging while freeing valuable production space within the existing facility. The project also includes six 10-ton overhead cranes that create an efficient workflow for unloading, storing, blasting, and moving steel throughout the fabrication process.
