Project Overview

This major renovation was planned in phases to minimize disruption to its residents. The project scope included new flooring, trim, chair rail, lighting, and cabinetry throughout all of the common spaces and corridors along with the lobby and front entrance. The renovation also included adding a bathroom, a serving kitchen and all new
kitchen equipment. During construction, Larson Building worked extremely hard to create “Safe Spaces” for the residents.
