UMC, a leading precision manufacturing local family-owned business, collaborated with Larson Building and Pope Architects for their 58,000 SF innovation center. Larson Building’s team contributed to master planning, mechanical electrical design tailored to UMC’s processes, and offered cost estimating and scheduling throughout preconstruction phase. The project, totaling 130,000 SF under roof, allowing for current expansion and future growth.
