Project Overview
Larson Building was chosen as the general contractor for this 46-unit apartment, 18 patio home independent senior living venue. Amenities included pickle and bocce ball courts, gardens, walking paths, seating areas, as well as heated indoor parking. We deployed a project manager, two superintendents, and an assistant project manager to ensure that the project was completed inside of a compressed 11-month timeline.
