Larson Building successfully completed a 72-unit occupied renovation for Presbyterian Homes & Services, transforming Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments while residents remained in place. Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, and door hardware were renovated in just nine weeks through careful planning and phased construction. By eliminating the need to relocate residents, the project minimized disruption, reduced operational impacts, and created a positive experience for residents, families, and staff—demonstrating a proven approach to occupied senior living renovations.
