Project Overview
Larson Building assumed the role of construction manager for the 10,000 SF build-out at Spectralytics. This project involved repurposing existing warehouse space to facilitate the expansion of operations, incorporating a machine shop, offices, and a 2,600 SF Class 7 clean room for production. Throughout the construction process, Larson Building prioritized transparent communication with Spectralytics, ensuring a seamless operation that allowed the client to continue occupying their existing office/warehouse space.
