Project Overview

Larson Building partnered with MN Sports Cards, a local family-owned business, to design and construct a new 4,400-squarefoot single-tenant retail building. This one-of-a-kind facility was thoughtfully designed to create an immersive
destination for sports card enthusiasts of all ages. The space features custom-built display cases, a dedicated buying station, stadium-style scoreboards, a scrolling ticker display, and a state-of-the-art audio-visual experience.
