Project Overview

Larson Building helped Mechatronic Solutions build a 45,000 SF multi-tenant building with a 4,500 SF mezzanine. The owners are operating out of 25,000 SF and the remaining 20,000 SF provided the potential for another (4) tenant spaces to lease. Mechatronic partnered with Larson Building early in the planning process to facilitate and manage the project design, schedule, budget and construct a facility which cater to their needs.
