Project Overview

In 2016, Larson Building purchased the vacant Wells Fargo Bank property located in downtown Buffalo. In the fall of 2023, LB broke ground on the construction of a separate 4500 SF tenant office building while at the same time initiating the upward expansion of the original bank structure. The completed office project, a 5500 Sf space, boasts a cohesive architectural design with the adjacent tenant building and addition to the downtown aesthetic.
