Project Overview

Larson Building was contracted by Benedictine to complete this 11,000 square foot building addition alongside approximately 15,000 square feet of interior renovations within the occupied facility, requiring careful coordination, safety planning, and clear communication with staff and residents. The project added 12 new residential suites and renovated 34 existing units, significantly improving both comfort and functionality for residents.
