Larson Building partnered with Fourmation Sales to design and build a new 21,000 SF light industrial building in Rogers, MN. As their trusted construction manager, we played a pivotal role in helping their distribution company find the right location and design a building that also fit their long-term investment vision. The collaboration centered around the construction of a state-of-the-art product training facility spanning 11,000 square feet with the other additional space designed to attract a long-term tenant.
