Project Overview

Larson Building was brought in to lead the remodel of this 20,000-square-foot, three-story operational bank after the original architect and general contractor ceased operations. The project involved a full renovation of the existing facility, delivered in three carefully phased stages to ensure uninterrupted bank operations. Larson led the design-build efforts for all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression (MEP/FP) systems, assembling and managing a team of trusted design-build subcontractors.
