Project Overview

The project consisted of the renovation of approximately 17,500 s/f of space over two floors. All interior walls were completely removed along with all associated flooring, ceilings, as well as plumbing, hvac and electrical. The new construction consisted of 27 units over two floors with common dining areas on each floor and a new commercial kitchen on 1st floor. The existing elevator was decommissioned and removed and a new, larger elevator was installed.
