Project Overview

Larson Building worked with Ammo executives to design and construct their 196,000 SF facility. Construction consists of 36’0 exterior precast walls, an EPDM roof over structural steel, ESFR sprinkler system along with a mix of dock and drive in doors. The floor plan includes 18,300 SF of finished office and lab space, 106,000 SF of manufacturing and warehouse, and a 28,700 SF mezzanine. Unique elements included H-occupancy blast room and an underground shooting range, including a 200M range for high-caliber rifles.
