Larson Building partnered with United Properties to transform an underperforming senior living facility in Champlin, MN, turning it into the vibrant, market-ready community now known as Amira Choice Champlin. Recognizing strong investment potential in the outdated property, United Properties turned to Larson Building to lead a comprehensive overhaul that would rejuvenate the space and renew interest.
