Larson Building recently completed a commercial remodeling project at  Urban Eve Salon and Boutique in Medina, MN. Urban Eve has been steadily growing over the last few years and subsequently reached out to Larson Building for help in expanding their operation. 

Planning to Expand 

With a vacant suite next door, Urban Eve worked with Larson Building to design a plan that would sub divide the unit, expanding both their salon and boutique areas. The newly designed space would increase their total square footage to over 4,000. They planned to use this additional space to add three additional shampoo chairs, five additional salon chairs, a treatment room, multiple offices, a remodeled break room, an additional store front entry and additional boutique space.   

Together We Build! 

Their plans to expand their business were approved and we went to work. Understanding how valuable down time is for a salon, we were able to mastermind an aggressive construction project schedule that limited the salon down time to just 15 days. Our Job Superintendent, did a phenomenal job keeping on schedule and making sure that the project went smooth. Just as planned, on January 19th, 2022, Urban Eve officially opened the doors to their newly renovated salon and boutique.
